Saint Maryâs Street, Suite 300, San Antonio, TX 78205<br>Schedule: MondayâFriday, daytime hours<br>Job Type: Full-time contract<br>Start Date: As soon as possible<br>Current End Date: August 31, 2026, with a possible extension</div><div>GSG Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Child Support Officer II to support child support case management, investigations, enforcement activities, documentation, and customer service. This position is ideal for someone with strong interviewing, collections, administrative, and case-management experience who is comfortable working in a legal or compliance-focused environment.</div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li>Investigate cases to locate or trace absent parents</li><li>Review, assess, monitor, and update child support cases</li><li>Monitor payments and refer delinquent cases for enforcement action</li><li>Prepare legal and administrative documents required to establish or enforce child support orders</li><li>Respond to case-status inquiries and explain applicable policies, procedures, and regulations</li><li>Document case activity accurately and maintain complete records</li><li>Attend court proceedings with legal staff and assist with document updates and negotiations</li><li>Help prepare agreed orders or voluntary settlements</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><div>Required Qualifications</div><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Experience in child support services, interviewing, collections, case management, or administrative support</li><li>Strong computer and data-entry skills</li><li>Ability to review, analyze, and interpret detailed case information</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent documentation, organization, and customer-service abilities</li><li>Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information</li></ul><div>Preferred Experience</div><ul><li>Four years of clerical or administrative experience</li><li>Four years of interviewing and collections experience</li><li>Knowledge of child support laws, policies, procedures, and practices</li><li>Previous experience working in a legal, government, social-services, or compliance-focused environment</li></ul><div>Benefits</div><ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Full-time, MondayâFriday schedule</li></ul><div>Work Wonders Program</div><div>GSG Talent Solutions participates in the Work Wonders Program, which provides priority consideration to qualified individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment. The Assistant Site Manager supervises all employees assigned to the Operations and Outlet team to include all day-to-day operations and administrative functions.</div><div>Role and Responsibilities</div><div><br></div><ul><li><div>Assists in managing all aspects of outlet, recycling, and dock operations.</div></li><li><div>Assists in managing equipment status, repairs, maintenance, and safety within Post Retail.</div></li><li><div>Recruit, select, develop, evaluate and counsel assigned employee(s).
