Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Contract through August 31, 2026

Position Details
  • Pay Rate: $28.05 per hour
  • Contract: Through August 31, 2027
  • Schedule: 6:30 AM – 2:00pm
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Days Off: Rotating 3-week schedule
  • Weekend Availability: Required
  • Overtime: Very limited
  • Work Location: 4110 Guadalupe St., Austin, TX 78751
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and portion meals, including special dietary meals.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and snacks.
  • Set up serving lines and dining areas.
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation, serving, and dining areas.
  • Wash and sterilize kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils.
  • Properly store food to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
  • Receive and organize food and supply deliveries.
  • Monitor food and supply inventory.
  • Maintain required food service records and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and storage practices.
  • Ability to safely operate and clean commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends.
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of food service experience
  • 2+ years of meal preparation experience
  • 2+ years of sanitation experience
  • Current Food Handler Certification (Required)
