Warehouse Associate – Austin Habitat for Humanity (AHFH)

Schedule: Full-time (includes weekends & holidays required) 

30-35 hours a week - $16.00/HR

About the Role

GSG Talent Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates to support Austin Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role involving donor interaction, sorting merchandise, pricing, and maintaining daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent donor and customer service
• Greet donors and safely unload incoming donations
• Sort, process, and price donated items
• Complete donor receipts and accurately record donations
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks
• Identify recyclable and high-value items
• Move merchandise to the sales floor quickly and safely
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Operate pallet jack (forklift experience a plus)
• Support other ReStore operations as needed
• Follow all safety and security procedures

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to stand/walk for long periods
• Strong customer service and multitasking ability
• Works well independently and with diverse individuals
• Warehouse, pallet jack, or merchandising experience preferred
