Title: Continuing Education (CE) Admin (Training and Development Specialist)
Pay: $32.79 per hour (weekly pay)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
100% Virtual (Candidates must live within proximity to Austin, TX for occasional in-person needs)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Continuing Education (CE) Admin to join our team on a contract basis. As the Continuing Education Admin you’ll be the main contact for CE initiatives, providing consultative support and working closely with staff and external partners. This role ensures health, and medical professionals receive accredited CE contact hours and involves accreditation compliance, consultative services, administrative support, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accreditation and Standards Compliance:
Interpret and enforce accreditation standards for CE programs, oversee event planning, and ensure compliance with medical education standards. - Consultative Services:
Provide guidance on CE requirements, consult with professionals on CE audits, collaborate with licensing bodies, and represent the organization in meetings and conferences. - Administrative Support & Quality Assurance:
Handle administrative duties, maintain data, conduct quality checks, and generate reports on CE activities. - Grand Rounds Program Participation:
Support the Grand Rounds program to enhance knowledge in population health, including program planning, marketing, and event management. - Additional Duties:
Participate in emergency response and recovery efforts as needed, which may require flexible scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Experience in health education, accreditation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CE accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge:
- Office management, public health programs, and CE requirements.
- Learning management systems and event planning.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Abilities:
- Ability to work effectively in teams and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement strategies for CE activities to ensure compliance.
