Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Softline Area
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: 35–38 hours per week

Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate – Softline Area is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a focus on softline merchandise, including clothing, linens, textiles, and other donated or retail soft goods. This role involves sorting, organizing, pricing, stocking, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, inspect, and organize softline merchandise such as clothing, shoes, linens, and accessories
• Price, tag, hang, fold, and prepare items for display or sales floor placement
• Maintain organized racks, bins, and storage areas
• Move merchandise safely throughout the warehouse and sales floor
• Assist with loading, unloading, and processing donations or inventory
• Identify damaged, unsellable, or incorrectly labeled items
• Keep the warehouse and softline area clean, safe, and free of hazards
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and productivity expectations
• Work as part of a team to meet daily processing and stocking goals

Preferred Skills:

• Warehouse, retail, or stocking experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
