Service Coordinator/Admissions Liaison
We’re looking to hire a Service Coordinator/Admissions Liaison at our office in Austin TX 78754). Attached is a job description. The service coordinator will primarily work for the Audiology program (complete intakes, schedule clients, etc). The program provides free to low-cost hearing aids to Medicaid patients. This is done on Mondays. The rest of the week is general admin tasks- answer calls from the general line, assist with medical billing, and if able to pick up the skill, provide general hearing aid repairs.
A couple of preferred requirements for the position is for someone to be technologically savvy or can pick up computer skills quickly. The other is being bilingual as 60-70% of the clients served only speak Spanish.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm. Pay rate is around $18~20 /hour depending on experience and education. Let me know if you have any questions and anyone who would be a great fit for the position.
