Job Opportunity: Program Evaluator (Program Specialist IV)
Location: Austin, TX (No out-of-Austin applications accepted)

Pay: $38.82 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (20-40 hours/week)

We're seeking an Early Career Program Evaluator to join our team for a contract role. This position plays a vital role in evaluating the Texas Public Health Fellowship and related programs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Program Planning & Evaluation  

• Assist in creating and maintaining evaluation plans and logic models. 

• Contribute to program planning and project management. 

Data Collection & Management  

• Develop and implement protocols to ensure data integrity. 

• Design and manage data collection systems, including surveys and data storage processes. 

Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis  

• Conduct interviews, focus groups, and site visits as needed. 

• Perform data analyses to guide program decisions. 

Data Visualization & Reporting  

• Prepare data for analysis and create impactful visualizations. 

• Produce reports, manuscripts, and presentations highlighting program metrics and outcomes. 

Additional Support  

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• MPH, MPAff, or similar degree required; doctoral degree preferred. 

• Experience in program evaluation, biostatistics, or epidemiology. 

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, STATA, R). 

• Strong skills in survey design, data management, and research methodologies. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Understanding of public health, health education, and workforce development. 

• Proficiency in tools such as Survey Monkey, SmartSheet, and Microsoft Suite. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a team environment. 

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
