GSG is looking for Program Specialist IV for a contract position.  
This is a in office position. Candidates MUST be able to report to the office in Austin TX 
No out of Austin applications will be accepted. 
Pay: $32.79 per hour (weekly Pay)
Monday through Friday 8 AM- 5 PM (some overtime may be available occasionally)
Job Description:
This job supports the Agency Digitization Initiative (ADI) project and Human Resources. Directly reports to Human Resources Manager and works closely with ADI Project Manager and ADI project team.
Job Functions
  1. Oversees vendor staff performing work at location.
  2. Verifies vendor personnel has valid Non-Disclosure Agreement and Cybersecurity Training certificate on file with the ADI Project Manager.
  3. Records and maintains logs of vendor personnel onsite.
  4. Ensures no unauthorized personnel access the site and that all photographs of records are taken on pre-approved vendor devices (no personal mobile phones) .
  5. Maintains custody of all access keys and confirms their return at the end of each business day.
  6. Monitors that vendor personnel access to site follows defined procedures.
  7. Directs vendor personnel to send project questions that do not pertain to specific records to the ADI Project Manager.
  8. Monitors and communicates any additional office supply needs to ADI Project Manager and Facilities Manager.
  9. Troubleshoots any vendor technical issues with-provided or -owned technology or equipment and forward any outstanding items to the Help Desk and ADI Project Manager.
  10. Coordinates breaks/lunches with onsite personnel to ensure personnel is always onsite during business hours.
  11. Reports irregularities or suspicious behaviors in vendor personnel to ADI Project Manager in a timely manner.
  12. Values information security and acts to protect agency data with reasonable safeguards.
 
  1. Coordinates activities with other staff members to provide support for the ADI project.
  2. Acts as subject matter expert on the organization of the records at Centennial (Training will be provided.).
  3. Provides guidance and answers questions related to agency records.
  4. Communicates with the ADI System Analyst or other personnel to gather information as needed.
  5. Assists with (re)creating file folder labels that are faded, illegible, or unreadable to facilitate inclusion into the Scanning Inventory being completed by the vendor.
  6. Ensures proper labeling of all record storage cabinets, shelves, etc. as digitization needs require.
  7. Recommends clarification discussions on records between vendor, ADI System Analyst, and staff.
  8. Meets regularly with ADI Project Team for status updates and to discuss any issues that arise.
  9. Completes additional ADI Project tasks as needed, including attending meetings pertaining to the project.
  10. Coordinates with ADI Project Manager and ADI Project Team for accessing documents for Public Information Requests
  11. Completes Human Resources duties as described by Human Resources Manager.
