Location: Fully Remote (Note: Interviews will be conducted in-person)
Duration: Temporary (Expected 06/01/26 – 08/31/26)
Schedule: Full-Time  


Role Overview
GSG Talent Solutions is seeking a Program Specialist III to support the divisions of Complaints and Inquiries and Educator Investigations. This role is vital for ensuring the intake of complaints is handled with high-quality documentation and responsive support for all stakeholders.  


Primary Responsibilities
  • Intake & Data Management: Support the intake of complaints and perform accurate, timely data entry within our CRM and computer-based systems.  


  • Compliance Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor program compliance with policies, procedures, statutes, and rules.  


  • Program Evaluation: Review service delivery methods and activities to identify resource gaps and recommend improvements.  


  • Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze materials to prepare reports in response to program information requests.  


  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards for all documentation.  


Required Qualifications (Deal Breakers)
  • Certification: Must possess an active Texas Educator Certification.  


  • Disciplinary Record: Certification must have no past or active disciplinary actions or sanctions on file.  


    • Note: GSG utilizes a certification lookup tool to verify status; candidates with common names may be asked for a DOB or SSN for verification purposes.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar specialist or administrative compliance role.  


Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.  


  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and data management software.
