Position Overview
GSG Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity supporting ATX Construction Clean. This position is fully onsite in Pflugerville, TX and serves as the primary point of contact for all scheduling and dispatch operations.
This is a key operational role requiring strong organization, bilingual communication skills, and the confidence to proactively address issues and ensure accuracy across scheduling and documentation processes.
Compensation: $48,000 – $52,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatch
• Schedule jobs and manage daily dispatch operations
• Verify work orders, phone numbers, and job site addresses
• Review and check logs for accuracy and completion
• Call clients one day prior to confirm scheduled jobs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling
Operations & Administrative Support
• Assist operations and logistics with delivery coordination
• Create and manage task entries related to projects and deliveries
• Aid in monitoring ongoing projects
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized records
• Ensure attention to detail in all written and digital documentation
Required Qualifications
• Fluent bilingual (Spanish/English), spoken and written
• Strong communication skills
• Technologically competent (basic Excel proficiency and comfort using a computer)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confident and assertive — able to question discrepancies and speak up when needed
• Cooperative and team-oriented
