Information Technology Support Specialist
 Location: Austin, TX (Fully Onsite)
 Pay Rate: $34.81/hr
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
 Assignment End Date: August 31, 2025
Position Overview:
 GSG Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist III to support the Information Systems Division. This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity located in downtown Austin, TX. The selected candidate will contribute to a variety of IT support tasks within a state agency environment.

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Providing desktop support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Responding to helpdesk tickets and resolving technical issues
  • Maintaining and organizing IT inventory and documentation
  • Supporting staff with hardware and software needs
  • Assisting with asset tracking and IT logistics
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an IT support role (Tier II or III preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Familiarity with state or public-sector environments a plus
  • Professional communication skills and attention to detail
Additional Information:
 This position requires an in-person presence Monday through Friday. Candidates must be able to start as soon as possible and commit through the end of August 2025.
