Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining servers, desktops, firewalls, network equipment, software applications, backup systems, and more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with multiple clients and manage expectations effectively.
• Communicate project status updates regularly with key stakeholders.
• Understand each client’s business goals and processes; recommend appropriate IT solutions that align with their objectives.
• Plan and manage complex IT projects, including the coordination of internal and external resources.
• Facilitate and lead internal and client-facing status meetings.
• Deploy comprehensive technical solutions using various technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain network, server, and desktop infrastructure.
• Resolve hardware and software issues, including virus removals, deployments, and general troubleshooting.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years of IT management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a network/system administrator, IT manager, or IT consultant.
• Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a managed service provider (MSP) environment is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work directly with executives and end users.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to see projects through to completion.
• Strong ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Physical ability to move and install IT hardware as needed.
• Must reside in the Austin, TX area to support onsite client visits.
