Position Overview
GSG Talent Solutions is seeking two Field Supervisors for a contract assignment supporting janitorial and construction cleaning operations. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively supervise teams across multiple job sites.
Candidates must be willing to travel to job sites in surrounding areas as needed.
Job Location: Pflugerville, TX
Work Type: Hybrid Office / Field-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional overtime may be available)
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead field crews of 6 or more employees
- Coordinate daily work schedules and job site coverage
- Travel to multiple job sites to ensure quality and performance standards
- Communicate effectively with cleaning teams, clients, and management
- Ensure quality standards are met across all job sites
- Enforce safety protocols and basic OSHA standards
- Identify and resolve field issues efficiently
- Organize, plan, and strategize workflow and staffing needs
- Provide updates and reporting to management
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Leadership and team management experience
- Experience in cleaning services (janitorial, construction clean-up, or house cleaning)
- Experience leading teams of 6 or more
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites in surrounding areas
Certifications
- OSHA 30 (required or willing to obtain)
- CPR / First Aid (required or willing to obtain)
