Job Summary:
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments for vehicle detailing and maintenance services
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide general information about our services and pricing
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Familiarity with the luxury automotive industry is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
