GSG Talent Solutions, in partnership with WorkQuest through the Work Wonders Program, is seeking an experienced Child Support Technician II to support child support case operations in a structured professional environment.

Position Overview
The Child Support Technician II is responsible for reviewing and managing child support cases, preparing documentation for court, processing payments, and assisting legal staff with case preparation and follow-up.
This role requires strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive case information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review child support cases for completeness and accuracy
  • Obtain missing documentation from parents, courts, and other sources
  • Prepare and file pleadings; assist with court preparation
  • Enter and update case data in child support systems
  • Process child support payments and research court orders
  • Coordinate and monitor paternity testing
  • Respond to case status inquiries and explain procedures
  • Assist attorneys and child support officers with case preparation
Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative support, legal secretary work, or child support program operations
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and office procedures
  • Strong computer skills and case management system experience
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Requirements
  • Must type 45 words per minute (typing test may be completed at typingtest.com)
  • 5+ years customer service experience preferred
  • 2+ years case management experience preferred
  • 2+ years processing payments preferred
