GSG Talent Solutions, a prominent staffing agency headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking an expert and detail-oriented Child Support Officer for the Office of the Attorney General. Job Description/duties:
- Assist employers via telephone and email for EMPA Command Center:
- Primary responsibilities will be interacting with employers and assisting with web portal account problem resolution. Interaction is via telephone (Cisco Jabber), Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. Workflows are tracked by user input via Microsoft Excel.
- Make employer corrections in CSD “Employer Services Application” (ESA) (Salesforce).
- Reviewing and correcting New Hire Exceptions (NHE) and Employer Exceptions (EE)
- NHE are new hire records that fail matching logic in TXCSES (Texas Child Support Enforcement System mainframe) (Excel, TXCSES)
- EE are new hire records that fail matching logic in TXCSES (Unknown which employer is correct. This requires employer contact) (Excel, TXCSES
- Research Medical insurance card recipients in TXCSES. Print and mail merged cover letter. (Word, Excel, TXCSES)
- Assist the Employer Liaison when needed (Word, Excel, ESA)
Required Skills/Deal Breakers:
- Use of PC, Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) – At minimum basic knowledge.
- Ability to learn Salesforce based Employer Support Application.
- Ability to work within a team with minimal supervision.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
