Child Support Officer II, Experienced (701)
Job Description

The Child Support Officer position is an in-office position, until fully trained. Upon Manager's discretion, the position will then be hybrid. Monday through Friday; Full time hours
Responsibilities
- Extensive data entry skills
- Assist with goal-oriented projects, as assigned; this can involve preparing legal documents,
- Sending out information to customers via mail/email, making verbal contact with customers regarding their support obligations, making reminder calls regarding upcoming appointments and court dates, contacting employers
- Correctly labeling and updating documents in the child support virtual files
- Communicate professionally and courteously
Required Skills:
- Ability to type 35 words per minute
- Skill in effective oral and written communication
- Skill in using a personal computer for word-processing and data entry/retrieval
- Skill in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work cooperatively with internal and external partners
- Ability to hold oneself accountable and self-monitor
- Skill in time-management
