GSG is looking for an Accountant for a contract position
This is an in-office position. Candidates MUST be able to report to the office in Austin TX Monday through Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
Job description
Assist with daily and monthly reconciliation of investments transactions,
Intermediate level accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Modify and run queries to extract data for required reports and tasks
Help with net asset valuation between the subsidiary ledger and those of the custodian.
Job requirement
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or a business-related field Qualifying experience above the required can substitute for the education requirement.
Four (4) years of responsible and progressive experience in accounting, including experience in automated accounting systems.
Experience in account reconciliation and/or investment accounting is preferred.
