Job Description

Warehouse Lead & Delivery Technician – Forklift Certified
Location: 8006 Cameron Road, Austin, TX
Pay: Up to $25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
We are hiring immediately for an experienced Warehouse Lead & Delivery Technician to support warehouse operations, deliveries, customer training, and inventory management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone dependable, easy to work with, and ready to start right away.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship inventory using FIFO practices
  • Maintain accurate ERP records and conduct physical inventory counts
  • Lead warehouse workflow and daily operations
  • Deliver and pick up equipment/products
  • Provide customer training and confidently speak to groups of 10–50 people
  • Travel up to 50% as needed
Required Qualifications (Must Have):
  • 5–7 years of warehouse experience (lead experience preferred)
  • Sitting AND standing forklift certified (required)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
